I was very disappointed with this purse. The faux leather is thinner then the image and has a very "cheap" appearance. I used the purse daily for two weeks when one of the straps broke off. One of the metal hardware bolts that attaches the straps together snapped off and was lost; therefore, I will need to take the purse to a professional for repairs. I would not recommend purchasing this purse.

Great prompt and fast shipping. nice box with bubble rap to keep the bag nice and safe. box was a little smashed but it didnt touch the bag due to the bubble wrap. pefect condition not used, and amazing quality! would deffinately buy from you again!

The bag arrived when promised and was packages well, no damage during shipping. The red coloring from the handles and frings had "bled" onto the purse and couldn't be removed. I ordered two, and they both had the same problem. The bag felt like a hard vinyl, rather cheap appearing. I would have kept it for fun use if not for the red all over the bag. Okay for a whimsical day, but you might consider spending the extra money and getting the real thing. I returned the bags last week, and have not received credit yet, but they were taken back no questions asked, no problems!
